Counselling Retreat
(guided)
Cost: Counselling @ $80/hr + Lodging costs
Counselling is a process in which a counsellor works with you to
help find answers to life’s more difficult challenges. In a
counselling retreat, time is given to individuals, married couples or
families for counselling. There will also be directed studies,
assignments or exercises for you to complete during your stay. We have
found this format to be very helpful and effective as it allows
focused time away from the every day stresses, to work on specific
things. Below is a tentative schedule for a 2 night/3 day counselling
retreat. This seems to work well for most people but we are certainly
open to having you come for a longer stay, or shorter if need be.
